College Production – Wicked

We are very excited to announce that this year's College Production is the hit Broadway musical WICKED! 

Awe-inspiring and spectacular, WICKED is the untold story of the witches of Oz. Long before Dorothy dropped in, two other girls meet in the land of Oz. One, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. WICKED tells the enthralling story of two unlikely friends and how they became the wicked witch of the west and Glinda the Good.

Auditions were completed this week and we were overwhelmed by the number of students that auditioned and their amazing talents! Casting is underway and we begin our first rehearsals next week. 

Wicked promises to be one the biggest musicals that Wantirna College has put on and we hope that you all can join us in August to see this spectacular show!

It takes many moving parts to bring WICKED to the stage and we are always looking for businesses who may be able to support our Production. If any members of our community work for a business or know of a business who may be interested in supporting our production of WICKED in kind or in cash, we would encourage them to contact Andrew Lewis at the College. We are always happy to publicise supporting businesses through our program.
