Family Statements

Family statements have been emailed out this morning. Thank you to all the families who are up to date with the school fees. Please be aware that payments made in the last few days may not show on your statement yet. Also negative numbers indicate credit on your account. If you have credit on your account and you will not have any students at Miners Rest Primary School in 2021, please contact the office on 5334 6328 as soon as possible to arrange a refund.

PAYMENT PLANS CAN BE EASY ON YOU AND YOUR BUDGET 

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED SETTING UP A REGULAR PAYMENT SCHEDULE WITH THE SCHOOL? 

At Miners Rest Primary School we strive to provide all students with a high quality educational experience, with only necessary costs passed onto parents. However we also understand that for some, financial times are tough and family budgets are tight. We offer a number of options to families to make payments of school charges, including payment plans. Regular payments can be made to Miners Rest Primary School via a BPay schedule. Once these are set up, each payment then transfers to us and is immediately receipted to your account, without you having to do anything else. Then each term, or on request, we will send you an up to date Statement for your records. 

Example of a typical Year 3/4 student: 

As this table shows, approximately $15 per week is all that is required to pay the annual school charges for this typical Year 3/4 student. All parents are free to set this up by themselves, but if you would like some assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the Office for help. Family Statements have been sent home today with the eldest in the family this week. Please contact the office if you are having difficulties paying the school fees.

Family Details

Can all families please let the office know as soon as possible if you have had any changes to family details such as new student medical conditions, address, phone number, email, work location etc.
