Parent forum: SAFEminds - managing mental health

Free workshops for NHS parents and carers

Northcote High School invites you to a workshop designed to support all parents and carers of adolescents which is being coordinated between the school and Headspace. The workshop will explore Mental Health using the SAFEMinds program that has been developed with the National Youth Mental Health Foundation.
This SAFEMinds session will focus on:
- early warning signs of mental health concerns for young people
- how to address these concerns at home and how to get help
When: Monday May 1st 6.30pm -7.45pm
Where: Northcote High School – Library
Representatives from local mental health services will be present to answer questions you may have.
