A wet start but a successful day
At the end of Term 1 we held our Community Athletics Carnival. Despite a wet morning the weather held out and our students displayed their sporting - and supporter - prowess across all of the track and field disciplines, as well as in a number of novelty events. A big thank you to our HPE staff, especially Sarah Blanchard and Pauline Dridan, for their organisation of the day. Also to be commended are our VET Sports and Recreation students, Sports Captains and Peer Support Leaders, who played a vital role in running the event.
