Dear Parents and guardians of students at Weeden Heights Primary School,

My name is Alice Carter and I am the new Kitchen Specialist that has started in term two in the kitchen garden program. It was a very exciting day in the kitchen on Monday 26th April. The students cooked Anzac Biscuits to celebrate Anzac Day on the Sunday and some Middle Eastern recipes! 

The kitchen garden program will be up and running every Monday from 11.30am-12.50pm and 2.10-3.30pm. I will need volunteers to help myself and the students in the kitchen and would love it if you could join me for a class. This program will only run smoothly and successfully with the help of parents, grandparents, community volunteers etc. If you are available and can help me out, I would love to hear from you.
