Team profiles

Qtr Field Hockey SMC Green

Coaches: Hayley Newsham-West and Lucy Pinelli (Year 8)

In their words:

It has been an amazing experience to coach these wonderful girls. Our team has grown so much within the season and have improved each game. The girls have experienced injuries and losses but have maintained smiles and laughs with every game. The team has bonded before games and has made the environment they play in a positive place to learn and have fun. We hope these girls continue to play hockey with bright smiles and hopefully grow within the sport. We look forward to hopefully getting the chance to coach these girls again!

JSSATS Netball 5/6 SMC Green

Coaches: Ines Cruz and Lucy Rolls (Year 10)

Words from Fi Rhodes:

Our 5/6 SMC Green netball team are a skillful group and are going from strength to strength each week. Under the super coaching of Ines and Lucy, and brilliantly managed by Kallie Webb, each member is learning and growing and having fun at the same time. The team are working really well together which is resulting in some great passages of play – they have produced some solid matches which have been great to watch. Both Ines and Lucy are wonderful role models for the team and should be congratulated for the job they are doing.
