Upper Students District Championships ~
Well done to our Upper students who participated in our District Sports of Soccer, Netball & Football. All students represented our school so well, we are so proud of them all. We had parents & coaches from the opposite teams comment on how respectful and encouraging our students were.
Thank you to all involved.
One of our Soccer Teams coached by our own Joe Worrall made the Grand final of the Soccer. They had an epic penalty shoot-out win in the semi-finals and unfortuntualty went out to Guthrie St in the grand final. A top effort by our team. Well done!
St. Mel's Netball Trip
Our St. Mels's Netball teams had an amazing trip to Melbourne to watch the Vixens take on the Thunderbirds and come away with the win. The Vixens put on an impressive show to defeat the top-of-the-ladder Thunderbirds.
A big shout out to Rosie and Sam Campi, Laura Emanuelli & Ineka Rowe for their organisation, a big thank you to Ineka for preparing a delicious snack box for everyone to enjoy on the bus trip and to all the children & parents for making the night one to remember. We can't wait to watch you take what you learnt from the Vixen girls onto the court this weekend, especially the fake pass!!!
