Team Vic – Swimming Announcement

A huge congratulations goes to Ciara Walsh for being selected for Team Vic. Ciara’s hard work at SSV level in representing the school this year at all events has seen her be selected in the team. The amount of hours of training before and after school have paid off and this is a credit to her dedication in this sport. She will represent Victoria at the Pacific Games event held later this year in the backstroke events for her 17 years age group. These include the 50m, 100m and 200m events. The event was supposed to be held in Brisbane against all states and some other countries in the Pacific including Japan, New Zealand and Fiji. However, due to COVID the competition will take place virtually in Melbourne later in the year. Well done on your achievements, Ciara!
