Junior school news 

I would like to welcome Susana Lopez and Fiona Bracken who have joined our school’s student wellbeing team. They are two wonderful additions to the wellbeing team and are looking forward to meeting our students very much. 

Just a reminder that Steve Williams is the Year Level Manager for Year 8 F, A, C and E. Chloe Delahenty is the Year Level Manager for Year 8 B, D, G and H. I am acting head of the Junior sub school for term 3 while still the Year Level Manager for Year 7 A, C, G and H. Petra Witt is the Year Level Manager for Year 7 B, D, E and F.

Let's disco

The Junior School captains Mya Bovopoulos and Matilda Waugh will be organising a lunchtime disco and games session for the year 7 and year 8 students. The date is yet to be confirmed. I am sure it will be a whole lot of fun. 

All around the piano

Last term a parent made a wonderful donation to the JLC through a small piano. It has been a real hit with our students who like to play a few tunes during the day. Here we have Erin McClements from year 8 entertaining some of her friends. We are planning to have a piano recital competition/concert during a lunchtime. More to come. 

Uniform reminders

Well done to students who have been wearing the correct uniform. Students should not be wearing long sleeve tops under their school uniform if it is visible. These must be covered with a rugby jumper for PE or their school jumper with their uniform.
