THEIRCARE

Our before and after school care provider TheirCare is having a change in staffing. Soffia who has been working with TheirCare at Maramba for the past year is leaving this week and handing over the coordinator’s role to Imogen.

Below is a short bio, introducing Imogen to our school community.

Hi Maramba PS families and friends,
My name is Imogen and I’m super excited to begin my new role as the before and after school care coordinator for Maramba PS TheirCare.

I hold a Diploma of Early Education and Care, current first aid training and child protection training certificate.

For the last 9 and a half years I have been working in a long day care service as a room leader. This role gave me the opportunity to implement fun and exciting learning experiences for the children to engage in and explore. When I am not at work my hobbies include, playing sport, gardening, nature walks and hanging out with friends and family. Whilst I do not dislike too many things, two things I do dislike are peas and being woken up.

I begin my role as coordinator on Wednesday the 16th of June and cannot wait to meet the children, teachers and families!

If you see me around the school, please do say hello :)

Kind regards,

Darren Wallace
