Support a SKiPPS family business during lockdown

Sophie Storen, mum of Otis in Foundation J  runs Cookes catering company and they are offering a weekly take home dinner party for 2 people every Thursday. Why not let someone else dso the work and support a SKiPPS bsuiness next week?

This week is an ode to lemon.  What most people don’t know is that the best time for lemons is actually winter... not in the throes of summer, sprayed generously over oysters (also better in winter rather than the hotter months). 

So, what is it about lemon that makes us sit up and look, feel re-assured with the addition of lemon to our fish, our meat, our salad or our sterilization needs?  

Honestly, I don’t know.  I just know that when faced with only one ingredient such as a plump piece of Dusky flathead, I know that all i really need in my life is a wedge of fresh lemon.
