Large white envelopes went home last week. To avoid the office having to call you to ask for the envelope to be returned, please send it back before or on Friday.
IF YOU DON'T WISH TO PARTICIPATE? If you do not wish for your child to be seen by the Primary School Nurse, please tick the ‘no’ box, sign on page 5 of the questionnaire and return.
The information in the questionnaire is confidential & helps the Primary School Nurse understand any concerns you may have about your child’s health & development & the impact this may have on their learning. This information is important in providing support for you & your child. If your child need’s a brief further assessment such as a vision or hearing test the nurse will see them at school. You can contact the nurse directly if you wish to discuss the screening which may include checking your child’s distance vision, hearing, speech and oral health. PRAYER
Loving God,
May this moment be to us a time of blessing.
A time to pause,to thank you for all the good things you give us,
to delight in your goodness around us.
Open our hearts and minds to your presence
that we may be a blessing
to all whom we meet today.
May God hold you in his love and fill you with his peace
today and everyday.
Amen.
