Prep Art Gallery and Library Excursion

On Wednesday, our wonderful Preps went on their first excursion to the 

Warrnambool Library and Art Gallery. 

We caught a bus there and back. 

At the Art Gallery, we learnt all about the ‘Making Waves’ exhibition and about the animals we see in the ocean. 

We then made our own marine animal out of paper plates. 

We were very lucky to also have a tour of our impressive local library. 

Ed, the librarian, read us a book called ‘Pig the Pug’ and we then made our own paper pugs. 

We then learnt how to borrow books from the library. 

We were very tired when we returned to school but we already can’t wait for our next excursion!
