On Thursday August 24th the staff and students at EHSS were lucky enough to receive a visit from Officers Chris and Allan of Victoria Police.
Students where able to ask the officers questions, sit in the front seat of the patrol car, try on a safety vest - some even managed to find their way into the van lock up!!!
We thank the officers for teaching our students about safety and taking time out of their day and spend it with us.
Thursday also saw the team from Life Saving Vic come to our school to teach our Peppermint and Heath students about swimming and water safety. Students had the opportunity to meet real life guards, try on some life saving equipment and play in the sensory tent.
We thank the team at Life Saving Vic for teaching our students about water safety and taking time out of their day to spend it with us.
On Friday August 25th, staff and students ended Book Week by dressing up as a favourite book character. It's hard to say who enjoyed the day more - our students or the staff!!!
Please enjoy a few photos from the day.
Tuesday August 29th saw our Peppermint students participate in a bubble incursion. EHSS would like to thank the team at Smart Party for joining us today.
Take a look at the photos below!!!
