Banksia House

Hello fellow Banksians! 

I am very proud to announce that as a House, we have raised almost $300 for our chosen charity, Song Room, from the lollipop sales alone!! 

I am also extremely excited to announce some upcoming activities around the House. Like every week, we will be selling lollipops from 50c on Monday and Thursday lunchtimes. These sales will also be carried out during Friday lunchtimes where students will be able to stay inside with their lunch and friends while enjoying a movie of our SRCs’ choice. Any movie suggestions are welcome! 

Over the next coming weeks, we will be introducing some new activities to raise money for our House charity. This includes a gold coin donation student vs teacher dodgeball competition to be held on the 5th of August. Individuals across every House are more than welcome to participate. We SRCs are also in the process of organising some prize-winning activities to last the term and the rest of the year.

Throughout this term the HLT and SRCs are also pushing for improvements in uniform and student attendance. We look forward to seeing how our fellow students commit to these goals. Always remember that you are welcome to speak to our HLT and SRCs about any issues you have.
