Year 12 Ball & Climate Canons

Year 12 Ball

On Friday 31 January, our Year 12 students spent a magical evening at Fraser's Function Centre for the College Ball. With a theme of "A Night in Paris" the students were transported to a world of Eiffel towers, Chanel, roses, macarons and croissants! Arriving in style, the students were dressed beautifully, taking photos with the city backdrop at Kings Park. The evening was filled with good times, friendship, dancing, a delicious meal, photos and laughter. Thank you to the Ball Committee, Ms Rainford, Ms Harvey and the Parent committee for their assistance in making this night a success. It was one that the students will remember fondly in their final year at the College.   Please see attached for Year 12 Ball photo information.

The Climate Canons

The Climate Canons welcome our new students and families and existing students and families to the new school year. As a sustainable committee, 40 students strong, the students of St Norbert College are working towards ideas, solutions and projects that can make this College waste wise, sustainable and caring of our environment. The students have been involved in a number of projects in 2019 and are looking forward to continuing these as well as establishing new projects including setting up a garden, recycling e-waste and making positive, achievable changes in the College. Students, if you’d like to be involved, please email your expression of interest to Miss Pisconeri (dpisconeri@norbert.wa.edu.au). Watch this space for tips about how our community can be waste wise and sustainable and updates on the student’s projects.
