2A - Miss Meagan and Mrs Bird

In Inquiry, 2A have been talking about ‘It’s ok to make mistakes’. We had a great class discussion about mistakes we have made and how they have helped us learn. We read the "Beautiful Oops" story and learnt how from a mistake something beautiful can be made. We had fun creating wonderful art from scribbles on the page.  

2B - Miss Bailey and Mrs Hunter

Another FABULOUS two weeks in 2B!

In both reading and writing we are now focusing on the narrative structure, identifying the characters, setting and plot through fictional texts. This group of legends worked collaboratively to complete their tasks independently. Well done to Josh, Jaxon, Brydi, Amelie, Harper and Luca! Such superstars!

In Maths we are continuing to focus on Place Value. One of our favourite games is Mastermind! Looks intense Darius & Seb!

2C - Mrs Mac

Last week, we had our Brickz 4 Kids Incursion!

We followed the instructions to build a LEGO Dragster. Not only was it a LEGO masterpiece, but we were able to add an engine, connect to an iPad and use coding to make it drive!
