MEDICAL ALERTS

If your child has a serious medical condition, including any of the following medical conditions: Asthma, Allergy (food or otherwise), Anaphylaxis, Epilepsy, or Diabetes, we require a medical alert to be housed at the school. Medical alerts are in the form of an Action Plan that is given to you by your doctor.

It is vitally important that we have a copy of your child's latest Action Plan at the school in case of an emergency. We also ask that medications held at the school are kept up-to-date. We will reach out to families when medication is due to expire. However, if your child carries their own Ventolin reliever on them we will be unsure of the expiration date.

If your child requires medication for an alternative reason to those listed above you will need to sign the medication in at the front office.

If you have any questions or wish to confirm your child's current plan at the school please contact the school office.
