Premier’s Reading Challenge
Would you like to experience quality literature? Are you up to the challenge of reading more and reading more widely? Then the Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC) is for you!
What must I do to complete the Premier’s Reading Challenge (PRC)?
To complete the Challenge you simply read a nominated number of books! The books you are asked read are listed on The Premier’s Reading Challenge website https://online.det.nsw.edu.au/prc/home.html

Login details, reading logs and accompanying information for the Premier’s Reading Challenge will be sent home this week. For those students who have participated before, your username and password remain the same.
The Reading Challenge concludes 20th August.
Scholastic Book Club
The second issue of Scholastic Book Club is out now! If you wish to order a book from Book Club you may do so online via LOOP, or by sending your order form into school in a sealed, labelled envelope or plastic bag. Don’t forget to include your child’s name on the order form! Please note that Book Club is an optional program and there is no obligation to buy. Orders close this Wednesday, 17th March. Unfortunately, late orders cannot be accepted.
2021 CBCA (Children’s Book Council of Australia) Notable Books
The Children's Book Council of Australia has begun it's quest to find the 2021 Book of the Year by releasing the 2021 Notables List. This list celebrates the contributions of a wide range of Australian writers and illustrators to Australian children’s literature.
