Year 8 - learning together

More new faces in Year 8

Year 8 has already welcomed seven new students this year. They have  been busy making new friends, focusing on their learning and earning CHAMP points. Three of the new students, Coby, Yousif and Muizz, shared their ideas on starting at Cecil Hills High School this term:

It was pretty weird starting at a new school but after making friends it became normal and I got used to it.   Yousif Dawood

I am excited to be starting Year Eight at Cecil Hills High and being reunited with primary friends and making new friends as well.    Coby Duch

My name is Muizz Ali and I am new to Cecil Hills High School.  It is officially the 5th week of the first term and I am really impressed with how this school is turning out for me.  I think this school is amazing because it includes really good education
(I am already gaining knowledge), fun activities and really outstanding physical education such as sport. So all this makes me happy and proud to come to this school. 5 out of 5 star rating!      Muizz Ali

Proud to represent Year 8 in 2022

On Tuesday 1 March, four proud Year 8 students were presented with their SRC badges. They are ready to represent their Year 8 peers and work collaboratively with SRC members from other year groups as student leaders in 2022.

Congratulations  Jaydon Tran, Sonny Uepa, Ilayda Basak and Paige Tran!
