Welcome
On behalf of the St Pius X P&F Committee, I would like to warmly welcome all our new and returning families to the 2022 school year. We have an exciting calendar of events planned for this year that we’re hoping will be able to go ahead on the dates listed below. Please put these dates in your diaries and keep your eye on Woodchatta for updates.
P&F Event Dates for 2022
- 26 Feb: Commencement Mass and Social
- 1 April: Cocktail Party
- 26 April: Staff Thank You Breakfast
- 6 May: Mother’s Day Breakfast
- 20 August: Trivia Night
- 2 Sept: Father’s Day Breakfast
P&F Meetings
Our first P&F Meeting will be held on 7 March and we look forward to seeing many of you there. Details will be sent out closer to the time. The rest of the P&F Meeting dates are as follows:
- Term 1 - 7 March
- Term 2 - 9 May
- Term 3 - 15 August
- Term 4 AGM - 31 October

Class Parent Representatives Needed
Would you like to become an integral part of the St Pius X community? Being a class parent representative is a great way to meet other parents in your son's year. Class representatives arrange social events for their year group and help keep everyone connected. You will meet and learn from other year group parents and the Class Parent Coordinator is always happy to offer support.
Everyone is very welcome to volunteer, however we are specifically looking for some Class Parent representatives in Year 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11. If you have a son in one of these years and are interested in contributing to the St Pius X community by becoming a class parent representative, please contact Rachel Mensforth at rlmensforth@gmail.com.
