UNIFORM SHOP HOURS 

The college uniform shop will be open at the times below. If you have any queries please contact the uniform shop directly via email uniformshop@sjcmda.vic.edu.au

Monday: 3:00pm to 4:30pm

Wednesday: 1:00pm to 4:30pm

Thursday: 8:30am to 9:30am

1st Saturday of each month: 9:30am to 11:00am

COMMUNITY NEWSLETTER

Our newsletters are the best way to stay in the loop of what is happening at St Joseph’s College.

We regularly publish news on the website and Skoolbag to keep the college community up to date with current information, events, items of interest, student achievements and college activities.

Community, the Newsletter, is published each month during the school term and aims to collect important posts from our website, community notices and advertisements.

We ask that all parents read our website or/and newsletter to stay updated with all the college news.

PARENT CONTACT DETAILS

Have you moved house? Do you have a new phone number or email address?

If so, please remember to contact me via email at taston@sjcmda.vic.edu.au. It is important that we have your most current details in case of an emergency. It is also important that you keep your mobile phone number and email address details up to date on PAM. This is to ensure you do not miss out on vital information including student attendance alerts.

STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

All families agree in writing to abide by the college's policies and procedures upon enrolment of their child. 

As per our fee policy (point 14.3) in instances where a student exits the college without providing one term’s notice in writing or equivalent, one term’s fees will apply. 

Please contact me by email taston@sjcmda.vic.edu.au if you need to give the college notice if your family is leaving the district or of your intention to withdraw your child/ren from the college.

REMINDER - ANNUAL PHOTO CONSENT

If you have already completed this paperwork, thank you. If you have not, please complete the attached form as a matter of urgency. If we do not receive signed consent the college is unable to take photographs or use images of your child/ren for class photographs and in the college magazines.
