Swimming  News

On the 23rd February Mr Sillett, Mrs Carpenter and Miss Van Kemenade accompanied our swimming team to the Southern Region swimming carnival at Cowra. The students competed with great sportsmanship and enthusiasm. Some wonderful results were had and we had two Age Champions on the day. Brooke Vaughan and Elsie Vial. Due to the success of the team, 16 swimmers will be  competing in the Dio Swimming at Dubbo. We would like  to wish them the very best.

Cross Country

Cross Country trials will be held at school during Week 7. The course will be mapped out around the school grounds and run by Mrs Livingstone. Please make sure your child, if interested, has received and returned the note and has hopefully been doing some training. Age divisions are as follows: Jnr 2km (open to 9 years and 10 years), Snr 3km (open to 11, 12 and over).

School Cup Netball

We had a large number of our girls who competed in the qualifying round of the Schools Cup last week. It was wonderful to see our girls playing the game in a great spirit and with wonderful sportsmanship.
