It has been a busy but pleasing start to the year in Dunlop House. I would like to welcome all of our year 7 and other new students to our school and hope you are enjoying your time with us. Also, a big call out to our fabulous year 12 students who are at the opposite end of their educational journey.

A big congratulations to Ethan who has been a strong member of the house since year 7. Ethan has hit the ground running with some positive ideas to help students interact with each other as well as strong participation in house events so far.

House Music

I would like to pay an enormous tribute to our House Performing Arts students. They completed an incredible performance of ‘The Little Mermaid”. The most pleasing thing was to watch the fun they had in taking part and working with each other. They embraced the real meaning of this fabulous event. A big thanks to Amy P and Luisa H and all of the other senior students who took on leadership roles.

House Sporting Competitions

Dunlop performed strongly in the House Swimming competition early in the year and had a number of students represent the school in the Division Carnival. The following students received individual awards at the carnival. We are looking forward to the Athletics Carnival to finish the term.
