It’s been a great start to sport and physical education in 2023! 

Years 3-6 have started their fitness unit with students currently participating and enjoying being put through circuit training. Exercises have been focusing on developing fitness components such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and flexibility.

 Our younger students have been playing some fun locomotor games as well as getting back into a routine at Kingswood.

It is a very busy term for sport and physical education at Kingswood Primary School. On Wednesday the 15th of February we have our District Swimming Trials for years 4-6, later in Feb and early March our year 5 & 6 students will be going off to Mordialloc Beach for their Water Safety Day, and we also will be having our Year 3-6 School Cross Country Carnival.
