Student Attendance

Dear parents, if you child/children will be arriving at school late there is no need to enter this onto Compass, instead we will enter them on to the system when they arrive via the school office. 

If you are going to collect your child/children early from school please email their class teacher via Compass, asking them to send your child to the office with their bag at a specific time for you to sign them out.

Unfortunately we are unable to call students over the intercom, unless it is recess, lunchtime or from 3pm.

Start: 8:45am

Finish 3:15pm 

Recess 10:45-11:20am

 Lunch 1:15-2:15pm

Compass Navigation Hint

If you are using the Compass App on your phone, you will need to open the App in Browser so that you can access, emailing the class teacher, booking conferences and other useful tasks. 

To open in Browser, go to the top left corner of the dash board screen and you will see a grid, click on this grid and a drop down selection of options will appear, select the option you require.

Please call our office if you have any problems with the Compass App, we are happy to assist.

Second Hand Uniform Available

If you would like to purchase some second hand uniform, we have a large selection available at the moment. They are $5 each, (cash only) and are great to have as extras during the winter.

Available items are: polos, track pants, shorts, skorts, leggins, range of jumpers, school bags and some spray jackets.

Come to our office at a time that suits.

Easter Raffle Tickets & Hamper Items

Easter is just around the corner……so time to get ready for our magnificent Easter Raffle!  Each family has received a booklet of 10 tickets to sell at $2.00 per ticket, PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME ON EACH TICKET and return them with the money. 

 We are also asking for Easter donations (such as eggs, soft toys, bunny ears, baskets…etc) for our Easter hamper prizes

Donations can be dropped in at anytime and  raffle tickets & money, needs to be dropped off to the office by Wednesday 6th April.  

The raffle will be drawn at assembly on Friday 8th April.     

Working With Children Check

We require all parents and volunteers who would like to attend school excursions or volunteer in the classrooms, to have a Working with Children Check.  You can now fill WWC Check application online. Please go to http://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/

After you fill out your details, print out your application form and take it to an Australia Post outlet with your proof of identity and a passport size photo for processing.

Please bring  your WWCC card to our school office when you receive it and we will do an induction so that you can attend excursions and help in the classroom. 

This induction only takes 5 minutes, is only done once a year and is conducted from our school office.
