Compass Pay coming to Northcote Primary School in the coming weeks

Compass Pay will provide a more consistent approach to parent consent and payments of activities for students and confirm the student’s medical requirements through the app also.

This will allow Northcote Primary School to have more streamline approach to the collection of payments for Camps, Excursions, Incursions, and the annual Parent Payment Arrangement. 

This option will allow parents/caregivers the opportunity to have all the information on one platform the Compass Parent App. 

Cash, EFT and B-pay will remain available as options, the preferred method will be Compass Pay.

This will create efficiency for teachers and the office staff where immediately we will be able to see if parents/caregivers and consented to the activity and paid for the activity. Parents will receive a push notification from Compass when an activity has been created.

We have attached a copy of the Compass flyer on how to consent and pay for events. We will notify via compass soon as this feature becomes available for use by all families.
