Junior School Council
Dear Saltwater School community
I am so excited to let you know that this year we are once again doing Junior School Council here at Saltwater College.
Like last year, students in Year’s 1-6 nominated for their class, and spent time creating speeches for JSC. Their classmates then voted on who they believed to be most deserving, and representatives were announced at last week’s assembly.

Congratulations to all the representatives I know you will make your class proud. Representatives will now meet on a regular basis in Miss Harper's Room for Timetable A (Room 38) and Mr Peterson’s Room for Timetable B (Room 46). These meetings will discuss upcoming events in the school, concerns students are having and fundraisers for many wonderful causes.
For the current time we have not appointed Prep JSC representatives but stay tuned for early Term Two when Prep students will also be able to run for Junior School Council.
We are Looking forward to our first meeting in the coming weeks!
