Covid Updates

Changes to mask rules

As of 11.59 pm, students are not required to wear masks to school.  They are still required to wear them on buses and public transport to and from school.

This does not prevent students from wearing masks if they wish to - I have noticed a number of students wearing them out in the yard and they are encouraged to continue to do so if they wish - and in class if they feel comfortable to do so.

It is important that students continue to stay at home if unwell, use the Rapid Antigen tests twice weekly (more will be handed out in STRIVE on Tuesday) and report any positive cases via AskLeadership@sthelena.vic.edu.au     Students should continue to use hand sanitiser before and after eating, and after using the bathroom.

If your child is absent from STRIVE and unable to collect their RATs, they can do so on their return to school by going to the General Office.

Our daily cases remain pretty steady with an average of around 6 positive results per day.
