TISSUES AT SCHOOL

With the Winter months fast approaching, we are putting the call out for families to provide one box of tissues per student.

For Foundation to Year 2 students – the cost of a box of tissues per student is included in the $85 book fee and all classes have been supplied with tissues for the year. No donation is needed for these year levels.

For Year 3 to 6 students – a box of tissues was included on the booklist and we thank those families who have already brought their box to school.

For those who haven’t, could you please buy a box asap and hand it to your classroom teacher.

SCHOOL ACCOUNTS

Many families have already paid for their child’s books and/or charges via Officemax/WINC or QKR.

Once all these payments have been processed, accounts will be issued to families, within the next week. Please note the following:

  • All families will be issued with an account (even those with a NIL balance) which will show all charges, payments received and if applicable, amounts still owing. Please ring us if you don’t agree with what is listed.
  • If you would like to make payment on your account, please download and use the QKR app
  • If you are experiencing financial difficulties, we encourage you to speak with Diana Ellis or Sue Turner to discuss alternative arrangements.
  • If you are part of a ‘separated family’ and share the responsibility for your child’s school expenses, please call Sue Turner so this can be correctly set up on our database.
  • Please read the School Council flyer regarding the newly established School Improvement Funds. This will be included with your school account.

CAMPS SPORTS & EXCURSIONS FUND - CSEF

The CSEF is an annual payment to the school to be used towards camps, sports and/or excursion expenses for the benefit of the eligible student.

If you have an eligible Centrelink Health Care Card (HCC) or Pensioner Concession Card (PCC) or Veterans Affairs Gold Card you may be eligible.

Queries & application forms re CSEF eligibility and payments should be directed to the school.
