Decision Making Processes

In general terms the School Council is responsible for the College’s policies and the Principal for developing them. The school staff, under the leadership of the Principal, and in specific areas the assistant Principal, is responsible for policy implementation.
It is the practice in this school to delegate significant responsibilities to those Expert Teachers who apply for specific positions. (see also 7.9 Communication)
