NAIDOC Week @ MCC

In Week 6 of this term, McClelland celebrated the histories, cultures and achievements of our indigenous peoples by getting involved in a variety of NAIDOC activities.

The theme for this year’s NAIDOC Week was: “Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up!”

The week started with a fundraiser, where students wore indigenous colours. We raised in excess of $500 to be donated to Indigenous Literacy Foundation.

Thank you to the dozens of staff who supported the running of the range of activities throughout the week, as well as the hundreds of students who got involved with the celebrations.
