Message from Gemma

St Stephen's & St Gabriel's Catholic Primary School's Principal

Dear Families and friends ,

It has been wonderful to have parents and family members back into our school to see all of the great learning that is happening.

MACSSIS

The MACSSIS Family Improvement Survey was emailed out to SOME families at the beginning of last week. At least one parent/guardian in each household had the email sent to an email address that we have on our records. We would REALLY appreciate you spending 15-20 minutes completing it as the data we receive will help us to further improve our school community. You have until Friday, 16th September to complete the survey.

Father's Day Celebration

Thank you to all of the dads, grandfathers, uncles and other special role models in the children's lives for attending our morning breaky. A HUGE thanks goes out to the staff for organising and assisting in the running of the morning.

Father's Day Stall

A huge thank you to our parent helpers who volunteered at the Father's Day Stall. Your help and support is appreciated. The children were excited to be able to go shopping to buy that special present or two for their dad or other significant role model in their life.

Footy Day - this Friday

We will be having a hotdog lunch to celebrate Footy Day. See you all in footy colours or colours that simply bring you joy.

Student Absence

A gentle reminder that if your child/ren are away from school please let us know. We have mandated requirements for absences.

Please support our Getting ready to Learn (wellbeing circles) by arriving on time, arriving late is very disruptive not only to the child arriving late but also to the rest of the children.

Lot’s happening..

Reminder to check important dates regularly - we have many events coming up.

This is the final newsletter for term 3 2022 - unbelievable really, we wish you all a very restful break (hopefully in the sunshine). We thank you once again for your support and care over the last term.

Have a great weekend,

Gemma
