AGTV German Poetry Competition 2022
On Thursday 18 August, eight volunteers from Years 7 - 9 competed in the remote Regional Final of the Association of German Teachers of Victoria (AGTV) Poetry Competition.
This year all junior students studied, memorised and interpreted an original German poem in class.
- Year 7 students performed the poem, ‘Machen wir Frieden’
- Year 8 students recited the poem, ‘Ein großer Teich war zugefroren‘
- Year 9 students presented the poem, ‘Hundewetter’
Our junior language learners were awarded two Bronze, three Silver and three Gold medals at the AGTV Regional Finals. Congratulations! Gut gemacht!
