2020 AGM

Annual General Meeting

You are invited to participate in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Plenty Valley Montessori School Association, which will be held virtually on:

Date: Wednesday 27nd May 2020

Time: 7.00 pm sharp 

The school is closely monitoring the impact of the unprecedented COVID-19 virus in our community and is following government guidance. Our Principal aims to host a community evening once the current restrictions are lifted, to celebrate the school’s achievements and outline strategic directions on the horizon.   

In the meantime our 2020 AGM will be brief and for the first time, held entirely by virtual communications.   

Please find attached the Notice of the 2020 AGM.

The AGM is an important annual event for our school and we look forward to your virtual attendance.  All community members are welcome to attend the AGM, however only PVMSA Members are eligible to vote.  Each family is entitled to have one parent enrol as an PVMSA Member to help shape the future direction of our school.   

A week before the AGM, we will send out the PVMSA 2019 Annual Report as well as the reports from the Chair, Principal and Business Manager.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Matthew Vella, Acting Chair on chair@board.pvims.vic.edu.au
