Music
The Music Department is delighted to be able to recommence performances and concerts in Semester 2.
The Junior School and Senior School Music calendars for Semester 2 and rehearsal timetables for ensembles can be found below. Further details regarding individual events will be sent out from the Music office, and from ASC Music tutors and ensemble directors. Please feel free to contact any of the above if you have any queries or concerns.

In summary, we will be performing almost as we had originally planned. Three changes, however, are:
- The ASC Strings Eisteddfod is postponed until Thursday, 22 October where it returns as a celebration concert with a Junior School focus, Serenade for Strings.
- The Term 3 Senior School Recital on Wednesday, 2 September, will take the form of a Year 12 ATAR Recital – Music students in Year 12 will be able to play their ATAR repertoire to an audience before their final practical exam.
- The Junior School Concert on Wednesday, 23 and Thursday, 24 September (the class-based Performing Arts show for all Junior School years) may well include a song from the previously cancelled Junior School Choral festival.
It is going to be such a joy to resume our program of performing.
We are also accepting new enrolments for Music Instrumental and/or Vocal lessons for Semester 2.
