FLOPPY RAINBOW RIBBON DAY - FRIDAY, 19 JUNE 2020

On Friday last week we had a wonderful day in memory of Kayla Senjaya, all wearing our floppy rainbow ribbons and raising funds for Heartkids. On the same day, Ms Belinda Provis received a phone call from Cecilia, the State Manager of Heartkids, thanking the College for the initiative that has been started by Leonardo Di Latte (Year 3). Cecilia expressed such gratitude and said that the funds raised will make a really big difference to the lives of many. She will visit All Saints’ College on Friday, 26 June to meet Leonardo and the Year 3 students, personally thank the College and accept the fundraising cheque on behalf of Heartkids. A grand sum of $1 805.80 was raised on Friday, which is wonderful way to honour the life of Kayla and make a positive difference to the world!

In memory of Kayla and in support of Heartkids, Leonardo and his classmates have also set up a GoFundMe page for those members of our community who would like to make an online donation. So far, over $6 000 has been raised for Heartkids! If you would like to make a donation, please click HERE

YEARS 1–6 END OF TERM ASSEMBLY TOMORROW

We will acknowledge the achievement of our students at the Years 1–6 End of Term Virtual Assembly tomorrow, including presentation of medal winners from the Junior School Cross Country Carnival last week and photographs/videos from the event. As we are unable to accommodate an audience in the Centre for Performing Arts, we welcome families to instead join us by watching the live stream. The link to watch the live-stream can be found HERE.

This will also be an opportunity to farewell Mrs Holly Bentley as she begins her Parental Leave and Mrs Sue Regnard as she begins her Long Service Leave, and to thank practicum teacher Miss Georgia Taylor who has been working in Year 3S this term.
