End of Year Celebration

End of Year Concert

This year the theme for our End of Year Concert was "A Multicultural Celebration" 

Our focus in 2022 has been on dance. We spent our Performing Arts lessons looking at the elements of dance, sequencing dance steps and synchronizing our movements.   

With the help of The Footsteps program, two dancing buddy classes chose a country and dance from the program. We rehearsed at length and class teachers put in a wonderful effort creating dazzling costumes and adding that extra sparkle. 

It was wonderful to come together as a school community to celebrate the diversity and uniqueness of cultures with our culturally inspired modern dances.  

We had a wonderful concert! Next year's concert theme is “Christmas”.
