Interschool sports are coming

Welcome back to a big 2023 at Glenroy College. We are extremely excited about the incredible opportunities students will have this year in Health and Physical Education. Our students are already engaged in a range of different sports programs throughout the College. 

Junior students in Years 7 and 8 are learning the fundamentals of teamwork and how to apply this in a physical education environment. Intermediate students are using their knowledge of sport to analyse athletes on the sporting field and senior students have started the year focused on Health and Wellbeing.

Throughout Term One selected students will represent Glenroy College in the Interschool sports competitions of Cricket and Volleyball. We look forward to our students gaining experience from competing with schools from our district. Keep an eye out in future newsletters for reports and photographs from the day.
