REMINDERS AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Welcome back families, we have had a great start to the year.

We are having a visit from the Department of Education and Training on Monday 24th February and Tuesday 25th February to complete our assessment and rating visit. This is done every few years and will give the program a rating.

This rating is based on the quality of the service we provide and many regulation requirements.

I have attached some information about the process for you to read if you would like more information.

Direct Debit Payments

If you have not signed up for the Direct Debit payment option we strongly suggest you have a look at this information. It is a secure and easy system to set up and does not incur any charges for processing the payments. It is much easier then remembering to complete payment slips each fortnight and handing them into the OSHC program.

Our high quality program we run is only financial when families pay their fees on time, as we don’t receive any extra funding from the school or the government.

Forms can be collected form the OSHC program or email us for a copy.

PROGRAM NEWS

The Preps have settled in really well and the Prep Transition days were lots of fun for everyone.

We have a Curriculum Day coming up soon and we will be sending out the program for this in the next week.

Looking forward to another fun adventure filled day.
