Morning and Afternoon School Supervision

Parents and Guardians are asked to note that staff are in the school yard to supervise students 20 minutes before school commences in the morning (from 8.20am) and 20 minutes after the last class concludes in the afternoon (until 3.30pm each day except Day 2, when supervision concludes at 1.51pm). 

Outside these times students who are at school are encouraged to study in the College Resource Centre, which opens at 8.00am each day and closes at 4.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; 5.00pm on Thursday (a later finish due to Homework Club); and 4.00pm on Fridays.

Contacting Staff at the College

To help ensure Parents and the College work in partnership in the education of your children, parents are encouraged to contact staff at Nazareth whenever you have a query or a concern regarding your child’s education or wellbeing. Parents are asked to refer to our previous Newsletter to determine the best person to contact at the College on any given occasion; and whenever possible, parents are asked to email the relevant staff member. The following list should help parents identify the right person to contact. If the staff member you are seeking is not listed, please do not hesitate to phone the College on 9795 8100.

Effective communication between parents/guardians and the College helps ensure that your children are well cared for and helps ensure they experience success in their studies.
