A Week in Prep

The Preps have been very busy since they started school. Here is a snapshot of what our week looks like!

On Monday, we came into the classroom with our parents. We showed them our learning and talked about our weekend with our friends. We did a letter brainstorm. This weeks letter is C. C is for cat, car, carrot, crown and computer. We also love to borrow books on Monday in the Library. 

On Tuesday, we read The Very Hungry Caterpillar. We learnt about the days of the week. 

On Wednesday, we learnt about the life cycle of a butterfly and we learnt the word metamorphosis.Did you know butterflies have 4 stages in their life cycle!

On Thursday, we had our specialist day. We visited lots of teachers to do Sport, Art, Digital Technology and Performing Arts.

Tomorrow is Friday. We will be singing at the Mother's Day Morning Tea. We hope to see you there!
