Term 1 Successes
10-Year celebration
On behalf of the fundraising team, we are proud and overwhelmed by the amazing support from our community for our 10 Year celebration. The event provided us with the opportunity to bring our community together to celebrate autism awareness and showcase the amazing talents of our JSA students. We are very blessed to have so many generous families. Thank you for your continual support!

Easter Raffle and Hot Cross Buns
Ending our holiday celebrations with great success, the fundraising committee raised the following amounts:
- Hot Cross Buns: $ 316.00
- Easter Raffle: $ 411.00
Term 2 Events
Completed: Mothers Day Stall
Thank you to our wonderful Fundraising Team, Lisa, Michelle, Kristen and Marisa for setting up and running the annual Mothers Day Stall.
Student Xanthia from VPC volunteered both days to help run the stall and develop some skills. Thankyou Xanthia.
Students had a wonderful time being independent and choosing gifts.
On behalf of the Fundraising Team, we wish all families a wonderful Mothers Day.
UPCOMING: Special Lunch Day Order
For the first time the JSA Fundraising Committee are running a Subway Lunch Order. Flyer went out last week to place orders for Wednesday 31st of May lunch.
If you wish to order please ensure all orders are in by the 24th of May.

Fundraising Goal
Jacana School for Autism endeavours to support parents/carers and others who wish to support the community by raising funds. The opportunity for parents/carers to participate in fundraising strengthens home/school partnerships.
Over the past couple of years, the fundraising committee has been raising funds for a stage curtain.
The team has currently fundraised $55,3.00 and they hope to raise $58, 000.00 by 2024.
Committee Volunteers Needed!
Are you looking to get involved at JSA?
We are looking for volunteers who can provide help with fundraising events such as Jacanarama, Scholastic Book Fair, Mother's and Father's Day Stalls, and Special Lunch Day Orders.
No specific skills or time frames are required. All you need is a Working with Children's Check.
Any time is appreciated for continual support for our students and community.
