Luca R. - 00M

This award is presented to Luca for being a Foundation Super STAR! Luca is a very caring and kind student who tries very hard to always show his HEART values. Luca has a wide bank of general knowledge and is happy to share his thoughts with the rest of the class, especially about Dinosaurs. I am so glad you are in my class Luca, and keep up all the great work you are doing!

This award goes to Tom for consistently showing his HEART values and applying himself to his work. Tom has worked hard this week in literacy, and has been using emotive language in his persuasive writing to support his reasoning. Great work Tom!

Charlie K. - 1/2C

This award goes to Charlie for trying her best in Reading and Writing! She has been working very hard on practising her learning goals each lesson. This week she moved up a level in her high frequency words and was able to use resources from around the room to help her write more than a page in a Writing session. Fantastic work Charlie!

This award goes to Leila for the exceptional attitude she displays towards her learning. She listens carefully during the mini lesson and tries her best to apply new skills in her work. I have particularly enjoyed your enthusiasm to answer questions during PONT lessons. Volunteering answers shows me you are focused, and I love a focused Baileigh. Keep up the great work.

Brody is to be congratulated on his wonderful efforts in PONT maths. Over the past three weeks, Brody has developed his knowledge of multiplication strategies. He confidently solved problems in various ways including using a number line. Keep up the great work, Brody!

This award acknowledges Aria for her effort in Mandarin class. We have been sharing about our holidays and had to circle the sentences talking about our holiday activities. Aria did a great job translating the sentences from Mandarin to English. Great work, Aria!

Allarah C. - Visual Arts

This award goes to Allarah for her creativity when designing a artwork using autumn leaves. Allarah used her leaves to create a terrific picture of a mouse. She followed the rules when using PVA and cleverly added more leaves to fill in the space around her mouse. Awesome work Allarah!
