Global Citizenship Student Ambassador Program 

The Meg Global Citizenship Student Ambassador Program is a unique program that builds real student leadership and Global Citizenship capacity in students and educators.  

Students in the Global Citizenship team had an opportunity to volunteer to be a Global Citizenship Ambassadors for 2023. Stella, Dorothy and Kiran from 6C, chose to take up this opportunity. 

Over the year the students will work with the other school Ambassadors, Mrs Houghton and Sensei Briggs to lead a Global Citizenship initiative in our school as Young Changemakers.  

They will connect with a national network of Meg Student Ambassadors in regular online meetings, joining other students across the state and country, while working with their peers at school, building their leadership skills in a real-life context that has meaning and purpose. 

We will share more about the student’s chosen initiative as the program progresses.
