Just a couple of procedural reminders for parents/guardians and students:

Bus Passes

For students to access local bus services, a Bus Pass is required. Parents must provide either a written note, email or phone call to Reception to issue a Bus Pass to students.

Town bus service and Shuttle Buses

Shuttle buses are NOT to be used by students that are not connecting to a service at the Baimbridge Bus Interchange. The Town buses are a fee paying service.  The fare is to be paid directly to the driver at the time of travel, correct change is preferred. The cost is $1.20 per trip. The town buses cover trips to the Hamilton PAC (Bus # 8)  and HILAC  (Bus # 14) and should be utilized for this purpose.

Note: Masks should still be worn on public transport

Signing In/Out

If late to school for a particular reason, students must sign in at Reception. Similarly, if leaving prior to 3.20pm, signing out from Reception is also essential for accountability and reporting purposes.

Lost Property

A significant amount of un-named lost property is accumulating at Reception. Parents are urged to ensure all school items (uniform, class resources etc.) are clearly labelled.

Antihistamines

With the Spring season advancing, parents are reminded that antihistamines cannot be dispensed by Reception personnel. Students can bring their own to school (highly encouraged) but parents must complete/sign a Medical Consent Form which can be completed at Reception or forwarded by email.

Student Illness

In recent weeks, many students have presented at school quite ill in the morning, only to be sent home soon after. In the current Winter climate, any student with COVID/Influenza/Cold type signs or symptoms must remain at home until recovery is obvious.
