Book Week

We are looking forward to Book Week which runs from the 20th to the 26th August. Book Week is a great opportunity to celebrate all books, but in particular Australian Authors and Illustrators. Each year a number of books are nominated for Book of the Year in a number of different categories and it is exciting to see who wins. To see the books we have in our Library that have been nominated in each category, you can check the library catalogue (accessible from home or school). Students are able reserve an item with their login details. If they do not know their details, Kirrilee Nield can help them. A highlight of Book Week this year will be the costume day for Junior School on Tuesday 23rd August. There will also be book week activities in the Library at lunchtime on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Book Week Storytime

It has been wonderful to be able to welcome families back for our Preschool Storytime.  We are inviting children (and adults if they wish) to come along to Storytime on August 23rd dressed up for Book Week if they would like to.
