Respectful Relationships Evening with Rosie Batty

On Tuesday 23 August, EDSC proudly hosted the 2015 Australian of the Year, Rosie Batty, along with a panel of experts for an important discussion on Respectful Relationships.

Around 150 parents and other community members braved a cold and wet Melbourne winter evening to hear a keynote address from Rosie, before opening up to questions to the panel about how we continue to model respectful conversations and behaviours in our own lives, and how we have these discussions with our young people.

The feedback from those who attended has been overwhelmingly positive and we thank the EDSC Wellbeing Team, Rosie Batty, Aimy McAninly, Greg Garrison Maria Pallotta-Chiarolli and, our own Cameron Campbell, for presenting such a great evening!
