Year 7 Ceramics

Throughout the last 2 weeks some of the year 8 classes have been working on a project in ceramics which was constructing dragons. All students had a chance to showcase their creativity as they had full control over what they wanted their dragon to look like and the results were all very unique but excellent! The techniques which all the talented students used whilst creating the dragons, were the pinch pot method for the head and nose, the slab method for the body and the coil method for details such as arms and horns. Everyone had a wonderful time and we can’t wait for the next project!
