NAPLAN 2019

NAPLAN will be conducted online this year and run over two weeks. 

 

Year 7 testing is on Tuesday 14 May, Thursday 16 May, Tuesday 21 May and Thursday 23 May.

Year 9 testing is on Wednesday 15 May, Friday 17 May, Monday 20 May and Wednesday 22 May. 

 

All sessions will take place during periods 1 and 3 in the JLC. Students will be asked to enter through specific doors - see below. 

 

Students are expected to bring the following materials to the NAPLAN tests.

  • A charged device with the lock down browser installed.
  • A set of headphones for each test except reading (Airpods are acceptable).
  • A pen / pencil (used for working out or planning, anything handwritten will not be assessed).
  • A book to read if they finish early. .

All other books and materials should be placed in lockers.

If a student misses a test for any reason the student and parent(s) will be contacted by email with the date of a catch up session. These will typically occur during a Period 4 lesson.
